Skip to some of our testimonials at bottom of page... WHY DO I COME SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED? I WILL DO THE JOBS THAT ALL RE-STUMPERS HATE As you can see from the photographs, this house is very low. It used to have brick piers holding it up. Many of these were not even touching the home. Some were in such a bad condition that they fell over onto the ground! The lowest section of the home is only 310mm from the ground to the floor. The highest section of the home was 1.44 meters high. All 50 deteriorating brick piers had to be replaced with 50 new concrete stumps. The sad thing for this owner, is that it took her a year and countless phone calls to house re-stumpers in her area (Beaudesert), calling many a second and third time to come out and quote. It took only one phone call to me and I was out to quote on the job, which you can see we were chosen to do. It is common practice for many house re-stumpers to not bother with replacing one or two house stumps, as most of them want the bigger jobs; the house lift, the dig out and the steel work...If your needs are less than that, most will not even come out to quote. Some will do a drive by, to see how high the home is - and keep on driving. Some will stop, come in and look as though they are quoting, but that quote never comes...Follow up calls are made, but still no quote will show up in the post... As for me, I don't care how big or small the job is, how high it is, or how low to the ground it is. Whether it is just the one stump to be replaced or the hole house to be re-stumped. I am not a 'jack-of-all-trades' unlike many claim to be...but I AM the master of one.

Dear Glenn, Many thanks for your wonderful work on our Queenslander over the last week. You are a credit to your name and your business! We were so happy with the stumping job you did on our house. You responded immediately to our email inquiry, you provided us with a detailed quote, you came on site within two working days to assess our needs and you were able to start work within the time frame we requested. Upon our acceptance of your quote you stayed in constant communication and began work promptly upon settlement of the property. Your work was so rigorous! You and your co-worker Rob were politely spoken, well mannered men who worked very hard and took great pride in your work. You worked very fast, within the very tight time frame, and your work is exemplary, compared with the previous stumping done on the property. When we sent you an Email during Easter 2010 requesting advice and a quote, we did not expect to hear from you until after the holidays. We were surprised by your rapid response, same day, and you were on site the next day.
Your calm manner and obvious knowledge immediately re-assured us that our problem was relatively minor and your advice as to the method for replacement of our steel piers was logical and in line with what I am sure is best building practice.
From the time we first contacted you until the work was completed was just over 1 month, considering that you had to have the piers made and hot dip galvanised, then having witnessed the extremely hard work that you and Rob put in to complete the task, this was nothing short of an astounding effort.
At all times your obvious knowledge and skill was evident, you work hard, you don’t make a mess of the site and you clean up everything when you finish. The site was cleaner when you left than before you started !
With the new steel piers in place it is obvious that the structure is now rock solid and will stand long into the future, even our friend, who is an engineer, was extremely impressed with your work. What is more impressive is that your careful placement of jacks to hold the house up while you worked on replacing the piers, meant that there was absolutely no movement or cracking in the structure above.
